I ordered a Truxedo Truxport last week and got it on Thursday. I just finished washing my truck and was about to install it until I took it out of the box. The passenger side bed rail is all bent. I’m so pissed right now since itll probably be a long process with shipping this one back (i better not have to pay for shipping) and then wait to get another one. It seems like every single time I order something online I have a problem. I just had to vent somewhere. And of course this place I got it from is sales only on Saturday so I cant speak to a representative until Monday.

 

I know how you fill, I ordered a Retrax Roll Top in Dec. came Friday and after I installed it yesterday thePolycarbonate top was cracked so much for Bullet proof glass. I also have to wait until Monday to try to return.

 

I wouldn't hold my breath hoping not to pay the shipping back to where you bought it from. You can't beat buying from an aftermarket store such as TruckGasm or myself. You can actually get service and I don't know about Gasm but most anything I don't have in stock I can get next day from the 2 warehouses I buy from and if there is a problem it can be handled right then.

 

Agreed. Buy online, assume the risk.
