Duplicolor Instant Bed Liner

I was wondering if it would hurt if I coated my truck bed with a coat of Duplicolor Instant Bed Liner, and then put my plastic bed liner over it? I want to protect the bed from rusting out eventually. Oh, and I don't care how it looks... I've already destroyed my bed from concrete, stone, woodchip, including getting mad and throwing a tools around in my bed... so it's already got more dents than my counting abilities.

you will need to prep/prime the scratches before you put the liner in, if you really want it to last.

When they do a line-x they scratch and scuff the clear down, but dont scratch into the paint.

I did my bed with the duplicolor spray cans and it came out awesome. Holds up really well too. Just put aside a weekend and about 50 or 60 bucks.
