TOFF bedliners..are they any good? They quoted me $350 for 2004 f150 reg cab.

 

First of all I told him to get a Line-X. He didn't listen.

Second, I told him not to get over the rail. He didn't listen. Now it peels up in places on the rail and top of the tailgate. It is also gouged and flaking in a few places in the bed. He has already had it fixed before. It is stained real bad and the only thing he carries is wood. He is not mechanically inclined but he can do anything with wood. The staining/discoloration has come from the weather. One time we had a real long bad downpour. I guess his drain holes are partially clogged because his bed held the water for a little while. How do I know this? He has a stain ring around the inside of the bed (kind of a like a dirt ring in a bathtub if you got in totally filthy). I wouldn't put a Toff in my truck if you paid for it. I'd rather leave it bare. Get a Line-X and be done with it. You will never regret it.

I don't recall ever hearing anything good about Toff. If you search the forum for Toff, I know it's been in several threads.

How do you use your truck? What bedliner makes sense is relative to how you use it.

 

Yep, I'm familiar with Toff. Toff operates mostly in Texas. We stripped one out a couple of weeks ago and installed LINE-X for the customer. It's 100% polyurethane and surprisingly has a very weak tear strength.

I had my one of my employees take a small piece and tear it. Now, the pics don't show getting the tear started though. There is NO WAY you can do this with LINE-X, we tried.

 

Not such a good prep job.
