Line-X Xtra this coming tuesday

I'm having the LineX Xtra color match sprayed in on Tuesday. This is the "before" pic (at least I hope it shows up, still not sure how to post pics here). I'll put up some "after" pics once it's done.

picked the truck up from Line-X a couple hours ago.. if I could figure out how to put pics up I'd sure do it. It looks incredible and they matched the color perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality!

These were the only ones in your gallery. Are these all before pics or are these after the Linex Xtra?

How much did it cost you for that type of color matching application?

Been thinking of ditching my Ford factory plastic liner for the Line-X colr match or Line-X supreme

they apply the regular Line-X first then the color matched Xtra coat on top of that.. total including tax was $625... the Xtra coat is impregnated with kevlar, seems pretty damned stout. So that plus the $450 for a Borla cat-back all done this week and I've pretty much blown the tax refund this year..

Did you have any dents or scratched in your bed? It seemed pretty straight to me, but I ask because my bed is pretty beat to schitt. I'm wondering whether the Line-X will settle into the low spots or if I would need to fill them with body puddy....Any thoughts?

That looks really good. Makes me wish the Line-X dealer near me was doing Xtra when I got mine.

they don't really show on the "before" pics, but the floor of my bed had it's share of scratches, none really on the sidewalls, and maybe 3 nice sized hail dents in the floor. I can't see the hail indentations anymore. There's a member on here who's handle is Truckgasm, he's a Line-X dealer and would be more qualified to answer your questions.
Hmmm.. now ya got me to wondering how much to just cover the whole freakin' truck.. hail season on the way and all.. LOL..

LINE-X is not a good "fill-in" product. When sprayed, it stacks rather than pools. So, very small indentions can be filled in with the product but large areas cannot.

Bedliner looks really good! They need to switch to the chrome warranty tags though!

Ahhh, that chromed tag looks much nicer. The guy who did mine told me I might not want the tag, being bright yellow and all, that it would clash with the blue.. I told him to go ahead and put it on, they did a helluva job and I didn't mind giving up a couple square inches to promote his shop.. I may call him up tho and ask if / when he gets the chrome tags to replace mine..

The color match is a bit pricey. But it looks pretty damn good. With a tonneau I dunno if I would want to spring extra for something that wouldn't be seen very often.
