I sell a ton of the BAKFlip and customers love it...we started selling them after the re-design, so I'm not familiar with any of the leaking problems of the past...but we've yet to have one come back.

I'm actually considering one for my truck, just to use as a full size display for our store.

I would do the line X because they may have to remove the cover to do the spray in anyways so you could be saving them a step and you some cash. Then install the cover. Either way I'm sure your amp'd to be getting them but post pics when your done, because it ain't no fun if the hommies can't have none.

k well i ended up getting the fold a cover but i have a question for anyone that has installed this ..... i am curious if i have to move the plastic bed rail pieces for when install it .... and also is this a rather easy or difficult install...

You do not have to remove the caps. The installation is a little more difficult than the average.
