Peeling Reflex Liner

The Reflex bedliner on my 04 Screw is peeling (I happened to look in the bed of my truck and the entire corner of the left side was peeled up). Does anyone know how to deal with Reflex as far as warranty or repair? I bought my truck used in November, and it already had the Reflex liner in it. I haven't bothered going back to the dealer, as they will probably just tell me to deal with Reflex on my own....

Any help, information, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My dad put a reflex liner in his 06 Titan company truck, and not a week after he got his, there was a hole worn on the top of the wheel well, about the size of a cigarette burn, and he hadn't even hauled anything in it yet, it might be due to how the spraying dealer prepped up the bed, you might want to go show this to the place that sprayed the liner, they might fix the problem.

re: reflex

I think that the dealer prep probably is at fault here in these instances. I talked to several people who had these installed before I bought mine, I was well pleased with their input. One caveat here,my truck was new when the unit was installed....and this was done by a body shop. 45/70sharpshooter

As far as adhesion goes, the variables involved that affect the bedliner's adhesion are:

1. Dealer prep: Scuffing, cleaning, moisture removal, etc.
2. Weather conditions: Temperature and humidity can affect adhesion.
3. The product: The bedliner product itself and its application process both determine adhesion quality and they are not all the same.

I have a Reflex liner and have had no problems. I would try to figue out who installed this liner and take it to them. Definately sounds like a prep issue.
