Bedcovers

I have a 2006 Supercrew and am looking to get a fiberglass cover for the bed. With the many that are on the market and the prices that they command, I don't want to make the mistake of buying a crappy one. My questions are: is there any specific ones I should avoid? Also, what are you paying for one? I started looking around here in Tucson and am getting a $1,100 quote. Do any of you have the "roll up" type?
Thanks in advance for your help. This site is a godsend for information.

I bought an A.R.E. LSII and love it! I paid around $900 for it installed.

I dont have one, but i really like the snugtop brand line, b.c they are so flat, and really flow with the lines of the truck.

I really like the Undercover. It costs alot less than the painted covers and you don't have to wax it.

I have a leer bedcover on my truck and is by far my best investment i made in this truck.
It was $1200 for lifetime warranty, installation and the cover.

I second the Leer cover. It's color matched to my paint. The interior finish matches my Bedrug.

Can't go wrong with Undercover

I have had the Undercover on my truck since early 02, and it still looks as good as new. It is water tight, secure, easy to remove and install, and cost me 575.00, shipped to me. (2002 prices)
Granted, it is not painted to match my truck, but the charcoal color blends well with my black and silver Lariat.
Good luck in whatever you decide!

The leer cover is cool becuase they use the vin number and such on ur truck and they use it to match the color of ur truck with a leer cover the exact same color. Its pretty neat. Best investment i have made. Bedrug inside it works great.
