In Bed Tie-downs

Hi all,
I got a 1999, 4x4 Supercab with a full sized bed. Just got it a couple weeks ago and noticed there were some tie down points on the side walls. I was planning to put some Arnac(sp?) tie downs in the back for motorcycle hauling, but wondered what the rating is on these tiedowns that already exist? Any know what the rating is?

If I do put some tie downs in the bed, is there anything to be aware of, issues good or bad?

Thanks,
Keith

The above link has the tie downs that I may use instead of the F150 stock tie points in the bed if they aren't strong enough, but I'm betting either will sufficiently tie down a 600lb motorcycle.

Still would like a rating number to the stock tie points.

I used the stock tie downs on my 02 F150 for my gsx750 without any worrys. They worked fine for me.
