Anyone using the Lund "Tri-cover" tonneau?

I stumbled upon this from Lund...it seems like the perfect tonneau, for me at least. Says it clamps on in a few minutes with no rails to install.

Anyone have this on their truck???

we sell the lund tri fold tonnou cover. I think its awsome, nothing to install and when you want it outta the way just fold it up and click the straps together. I have seen three come back for the same prob though, on the clamps they are adjustable so you can use it with bed caps or bed liners or anything eles that makes your bed rails thicker than stock. well the three that came back were from guys that over screwed the clamps and tried to force the clamps down. they broke and returned it for another one. so Ill just caution you on that, other than that I cant see a problem with it. we sell the ****ens outta them. sorry cant tell you where I work anymore. got chewed out cause it violates some kinda law that prohibits me from advertizing the retail side of our buisiness on the net. but ill tell you that the price we sell em for is 359.99 usd. hope this helps

Mike

Does it require you to remove the bed rails. It appears that way in some standard mfg. pics.

Arrived the other day, but after a week of rain it was finally a nice enough day to install it.

Only took about 15 minutes to correctly position and install it. Went smoothly except for a small gap existing between the the tonneau and the part of the bed under the rear windshield (due to the increased height of the plastic side covers on the bed rails). I used some foam-tape weatherstripping to eliminate the gap.

Overall it is a great cover and opens and closes quick and easy. A little pricey but I think its worth it. If anyone wants the link to the site I where bought mine from(best price I could find), send me a PM.
