Has anyone had a problem with ordering from WholeSaleMN? I ordered a bedrug for my new 05 SCREW almost 3 weeks ago and have not seen it yet. I have left 3 voicemail messages and sent 2 emails asking for tacking number, status, etc. Nobody has returned my calls or answered my emails. Anyone else have a problem with these guys?

 

damdfw, sorry you're having trouble with WholesaleMN. I ordered a Bedrug from them about 3 months ago. No hassle, quick delivery. Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

I finally received my bedrug yesterday. I decided to call one last time this past Monday after not getting and response for over a week. To my surprise they answered the phone. Charlie said that he was on vacation the previous week and that is why I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I asked that he check on my order and provide a tracking number. Apparently my order from June had not been processed. After 3 more calls I finally received a tracking number on Wednesday and the bedrug arrived Thursday. I can’t say that I am ecstatic with their customer service, however Charlie was always polite and did get me my product.
