How hard is it to pop out a drop in bed liner and re-install,. Want to check for rust...

 

It's not hard. Remove the tie down anchors, then pick the rear center of the floor up and put a large object under it like a bucket or a box. Next, work the sides out from rear to front. It's easier to do the final lift out and return with 2 people. Reverse to install.
