Rino liner problem

Hi, I just got a rino liner installed in my new supercrew. They are not cheap. I noticed that the shop that did mine put a lot on. Its thick between 1/4 and 1/2 inch. That part I'm happy with. Unfortunately there are a lot of drips around the fenders that look like crap. Additionally the way they cut off the access around the tailgate looks like the used a utility knife free hand. There is one small spot on the end of the bed where it looks like its seperating. Now I'm trying to decide weather I should push this guy to redo the whole thing or just live with it. Has anyone had to have rino or any other spray in liner redone? Whats involved in this?

Rhino (Tuff Stuff) is applied using a cold/low pressure system. Drips and runs are typical. Liners that use high heat/high pressure such as LINE-X don't have that problem and generally have a nicer finish. To answer your question: You most likely have a lifetime warranty. Take advantage of it. Unfortunately, Rhino's lifetime warranty is dealer specific, so you have to take it back to where it was sprayed. (LINE-X's warranty is nationwide, you can take it to any dealer). To completely take out the liner is difficult. It either has to be taken out by hand or sandblasted out (at about $100/hour for sandblasting). Take it back to the dealer and show them what you don't like and see what they say.

Your liner looks great! I'm jealous. Thats what I wanted. I got mine done at Agor enterprises in penfield. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I don't know if its worth it to have it removed. I'm afraid it would do more harm than good. I had zebart put in a fold a cover and do the rust proof diamond gloss thing. Thats when I was able to compare side by side. Mine was definitely thicker but way sloppier. Zebart's rino liners had a very neat finished look with crisp edges. I'll never buy a thing from Agor Enterprises again.

VanBortel ford recomended the Ziebart for the rhino to me but i'm still considering going to Buffalo for a line-x, seems like there should be a line-x dealer in Rochester. How much did your rhino cost if you don't mind me asking? good to see the Rochestarians around here!
