I don't have any yet, but I want to buy a cover and a toolbox and I wantr to use both.

Almost all cover companies will custom make a tonneau cover that will fit with a toolbox. It will cost a little more but you get the best of both worlds. A quality tool box and a quality tonneau cover. Go to your local accessory store and have them order one for you.
