They sprayed over my bolts....lift?.... problem!!!!!
I got a pretty big problem. My truck has a Rhino sprayed in bedliner. Well I am considering getting a 3 inch body lift, in order to do this they must unbolt the bed to put the pucks in. Well the problem is the people who did my Rhino lining, sprayed OVER my bed bolts. How the hell do you crack that **** off?

Use a Dremel (or similar tool) with a thin carbine stone. Circle the edges of the bolt where it starts to curve in toward the bed. Use a light touch. You only need to slice thru the liner enough so the bolt can be turned. My Line-X was pretty thick, and I additionally had to take a small pick to the hex holes as well. It looks a great deal more involved than it actually is. Took me about an hour. Wear eye protection.
You might want to check with the guy doing the lift. The Line-X installer said I didn't really need to worry about the covered bolts. Pneumatic tool will pop off the bolt no problem, whether the bolt is covered or not. Perhaps your mechanic can try a bolt first before you go to the trouble of slicing into the lining.

Go under the truck and cut the bolts off. The lift kit most likely came with new, longer bolts or you could not lift the bed.

Take a razor knife and cut around the washer,then use a screw driver to pop the liner off the bolt.The liner usually doesn't stick to the coating thats on the bolts from the factory,after your done with the lift you can glue the caps back on the bolt heads.If you do it right you'll never see the repair.Good luck
