Question Tool box for bed without drilling?

Does anyone make a diamond plate style tool box that mounts without drilling through the bed rails? I hate the idea of drilling holes in my truck, and it seems like it would be relatively easy to create a clamp-type system that would not require such a permanent modification....

Anyone seen something like this?

Thanks,

There are drill less mounting set ups out there...Home Depot has them also Lowes..It pinches to the side rail and then you mount the box with 2 bolts through the box..I have them on mine and I carry a lot of tools and it appears after 3 months now that the box hasnt moved at all

I realize this is an old thread...
I bought a regular drill-mount diamond plate tool box, then cut longer holes by the mounts. I got four c-clamps and slid them through the holes and clamped the toolbox to the rails from inside the box. They hold the box tight, and it would be impossible to remove from outside the box. It also makes it very easy to pull the toolbox out if I need the whole bed for something large.
