I rolled the top over so it was double the tickness and using 3 small zip ties to mount
2 zip ties on top and one in the mid center.
top zip tie on pass side on the outer tube on driver side there is a existing hole and the center i just zip tied to the plastic conduit of the sensor on the center support.

Hey guys I just wanted to do an update and let you know the bug screen is still doing it job perfectly, it held up to the harsh winters of Michigan and even stopped rock salt from damaging my radiator fins. Please let me know how yours held up if you built one?

It's not good and those bugs sometimes bend the little fins on your rad. so that also isnt good as those fins help with cooling. Its not like your gonna have issues really but i have seen rads. need to be changed because the bugs have beat them up pretty good. Cheap insurance though!

They sell a radiator fin tool at most auto parts stores that you can use to gently get those fins straight again. They cost about 5 dollars usally with two tools in the set. I have seen other guys use many things other than that tool and it works fine but best bet is go pick that tool up get those fins straight then follow my instructions and make a Bug Screen
