Question on Install of Stillen Storm...
Ok, The lights are smaller than I thought they would be but everything is ready to bolt up. Any advice on installing it? I know I have to fit it and mark it and put the holes in it so they match up with the bumper any tricks to getting it right the first time?
Thanks in advance to anyone who has done this before!
Here is the valence.

Here is the truck.

PS.. I am gonna paint the upper bumper filler white also when I figure how to get that darn thing off of there! lol

I looked at all of those too but this one was a trade out for some of our serivces, and another customer of ours has a Fender Mender ( tm ) Auto Repair shop and painted it for free, so total I have in the entire thing lights and all is like $80.00 materials I traded and all. I don't think I could have paid for one less than that and all of this was new in the box except the grill, I had a billet grill from my sons ranger that he replaced and tossed that on in the garage for months gathering dust. I just cut it down and screwed it in.

In order to remove your upper bumper pad, there are something like 12-15 push-pin button style retainers you will need to remove, but keep them in order to reinstall your pad later. I will suggest this, buy the pad from dealer in white versus having yours painted, save some CA$H here as well.

I ordered the upper filler in oxford white today at the local dealer ( $90.00 ) should be here Wednesday of next week, I am gonna hold off and put it all on at the same time
So I dont have to pull it all apart twice.
Thanks for the heads up!

thats gonna look awsome when its all installed! :thumb
then you should just paint the vertical bars on your karkraft upper grille black so it looks like the factory 01HD grilles so you can't notice teh vertical bars on it :drool LoL!
anyway, i go down to myrtle beach every summer in august. Forget exactly where i stayed, but a big highway was right infront of the condo's i stayed at. 501 rings a bell, but not totally sure. It was a 4 minute red light though!!! they were doing construction. I was staying at the development behind the jimmy dean restaurant. Ya know where that is? i'll be going back down next year, maybe we can meet up and go cruisin on the strip with all those ricers

Yes! I know exactly where you were at! I would have a grand time crusin with ya! Give me a shout when you are ready!(ps ) You need to tell me the size you need and where to send it to! lol
That will look sweet after you install it! I tested fitted and drilled mine before I got it painted to avoid any "accidents" while installing it. It pretty much straight forward just line it up, clamp, mark, remove and drill! The only trick are both ends by the wheels. The lip on the airdam doesn't completely line up with the hole. You'll see when you go to mark the hole. I just drilled anywayway and used some nuts, washers and bolts to clamp it to the bumper.
