Chrome Diff Cover

Will either of these fit a 99 2wd? What rearend would I have?

i'm guessing you dont have a 8.8 but if you do....buy an 8.8 aluminum crown vic cover...polish it and clearcoat it ..it wont rust this way ...a chrome one will...thats what i did any way..a little tip.. check my gallery. to see..

the land of chrome...take it to a customizing shop and see how much to chrome...probably cheaper than buying new and you dont have a spare to auction off on E-Bay

Eric Bearly,

You have a 9.75" differential, so neither one will work for you. I personally think a chrome cover looks nasty and out of place. I think that an quality undercoating would look a whole lot better and won't rust like chrome.

If you have undercoating on the axle already, it would look alright. Otherwise, the chrome or aluminum looks out of place in the middle of all the rust.

cheaper??? than 30 bucks??? ive had some things chromed for my gn ...it isnt exactly cheap ... i would call the price of chroming ... expensive!!!... very expensive???
