Does anyone know if they make Completely clear taillight for a 01 f150 besides the clear and red ones??????

 

Most companies have moved to the red/chrome design because of legal issues. Completely clear tails will get you stopped faster than a marijuana leaf sticker on your back window. You may be able to find some of the old "clear" tails used somewhere, but I personally have not seen a set of those in two years at least. There are CF models, too?? Good luck.,,,,98

 

Thanks 98 will check it out. I also wanted to ask you about the head unit kit. Did you have to mod you kit to hold 1 full din and a 1/2 din? Or is one aval. somewhere? All I can find is a full din with cd pocket :-(

It started out as a single din with a CD pocket. All it took was a few cuts with a dremel and hacksaw blade, and it fit nicely. You'll probably have to cut the plastic bracket out behind the factory radio. I did. A dremel really helps.,,,,98
