Read this if your going to replace your Gauges
I have just got done replacing my gauges with EL-Glow gauges. I tried to get some cheap ones off of E-bay for about 25 dollars. First problem was they said that I didn't have to remove the needles. With the gauge face that the f150 has that is impossible. I got past that.
Second problem is that they were all white and were mean to overlay the factory face. None of the stuff lined up correctly. I then tried to remove the factory face and that made things better and worse. Unless you take all of the bulbs out that light up the needles and the face it shows through. Also unless you paint the back of the faces when the instument bulbs light up it looks like a 76 ford.
Best bet get white guages on a black background, and make sure that they are a replacement gauges.
I then bought the NR gauges:

They worked out great. Also if anyone had any questions on replacing gauges let me know.

I did a thread on how to install them awhile ago. Its not to hard but you have to not be afraid to take your whole dash apart on the driver side.

More info
Yes these are a replacement for the factory gauges, so you take off the factory face. It is not that bad, you just have to recalibrate the needels, but that's not that bad and there has been a lot of posts on it.
You can take the whole thing apart in about 20 - 40 minuites at first and after you know how it can be done in about 15 minutes.
The logo is very small. It ends up being smaller than a dime.
NR has faces fo just about everything even older trucks and cars.
They also have carbon fiber and some others.

FIREDUP and BEEF:
I have been investigating this myself, and I came across these:

I have heard that this company doesn't have the best service, but for the moment, they appear to be the only ones that make these things for us tach-less folks! Let us know if you end uo getting them put in...
