Precision Grill (customer service)

My wife bought me a Precision grille for Christmas.
I installed it in February and noticed the chrome flaking and pitting sometime around May. I called USAUTOPARTS to see what could be done, they gave me the # for Precision. I called them in July, (I know, I'm a procrastinator) I talked to Mark in customer service, he explained that sometimes one just gets by them. He sent me a new grille and told me to ship the old one back to him in the box that arrived, The new one has arrived and it looks real pretty.... I’m waiting for an electric fan kit from Mike Troyer and when that comes in I'll do it all at once. If your looking for a billit grille try Precision.

Always good to hear about good service. I'll be looking for a grill before too long and will most likely send my business their direction due to this post alone. Thanks for the heads up!
