I've had this on for a while but forgot to post pics here! It's fabtech desert guard prerunner bumper. A few modifications I made to it:
I made a new skid plate for it. I didn't like the big ol free fabtech ad and I thought that took away from the looks of my truck, so I made a new solid one that works much better.
I didn't like the paint they used on it, so I had it line-x'ed.

The two AFTER new skid plate and line-x. By the way those are PIAA 80 Rally's mounted on there.

 

Very nice. I like the projector headlights too.
I had the same idea with my running boards. After less then a year the paint was all messed up from a harsh winter. I have them Rhino Lined and they still look good after 4+ years. I did my air dam with Rhino linings when I installed it this year and it looks sharp. Tough as nails too.

 

yeah on the fabtech after about two weeks of being installed it was already starting to rust aroudn the joints and where the skid plate attaches to it.
I've also line-x'ed my nerf bars, my rollbar, and my taillight covers.

Is there any reason that if I bought a Fabtech guard like yours, I could leave the skidplate off altogether? I just got a six inch lift and some new tires to go on my truck and I am going to turn it into a pre runner style truck. I would like to go with the fabtech guard as I cannot find anywhere else that has something comparable. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, your truck looks friggin' awesome!!
