Cool Check out my new front end!

I changed out the chrome grill surround for a black one this weekend. Can't believe how much of a difference it made! The billet grill really stands out now, since its not lost in a sea of chrome anymore. I also have another little mod planned but I won't say what it is until its completed!

I noticed you changed the corner lenses too. Are those 2002 Lightning corners on there now?

"Ghetto" is "jealous" spelled backwards…

Man I am seeing some FINE LOOKING trucks in this post!!!

99flareside, I too noticed the change to the Lightning corners. Was that to satisfy the law??

Thanks for all the compliments . There was nothing really wrong with the chrome surround, I just felt it was a little too much chrome at times. Then I found this one for a go price in the classifieds so I thought "hey a little change shouldn't hurt!" so I bought it. It will also compliment my next mod too! But fear not chrome lovers front/rear bumpers and and mirrors covers are going to stay!

ROUSHFAN-1, your truck looks geat too! I tried removing the mudflaps after I changed my grill but to no avail . I started on the rear and after I removed the two screws on the wheel well lip and the two plastic pins underneath, I noticed the rear side was riveted to some support bars, so I gave up for now. Was yours the same way? I really want them gone too!

deep6blue, I had the L corners on for a few months now, but the pics weren't updapted. I originally had regular (ebay cheapo) euro corners that came with the headlights but they were cloudy from the day I got them (check my gallery to see for yourself). It bothered me everytime I looked at them and another great deal from a fellow member and the L corners were mine! The fact that they are legal too, didn't hurt either!

99flareside,
Would you be interested in selling the chrome surround? I want to put it on my 97, I measured it & I think it will fit.
Let me know...

Check my truck !
