Try calling PWB performance and accessories. I think they have access to a mill. Their number is 281-441-9571, and ask for Anthony.

 

One of your local schools or tech institutes might have a machine shop. Talk to the teacher or instructor, they might take on the job as a class project. I know I did a bunch for others back in the day.
