Finally, the White Gauges are in!!

Man oh man what a pain in the ****! Now that I know how to do it, it won't take me half as long if I ever need to get back in there for any reason. The hardest part was putting the needles back on. Trying to get them back in with the correct spacing between the face and not too far out was one hard part. Then getting them back on in the same place when you took them off was a biiiaatch too. After all is said and done, they look great and work fine for now. I just hope I didn't get them too close to the face where they will start rubbing.
If anyone ever needs any help putting some in let me know.

Don't have any and probably won't take any. They are from NR Auto so they are white/black during the day and pretty much look stock at night. I don't have a digi cam and as my wife says, I'm just too lazy to take a picture, develope, scan, and post. Ahhh too much work.

BTW, hell yeah! Go Dawgs! I was born in Columbus, GA Lightningcrew.

glad everything turned out good for you... I agree with the taking photos with a regular camera, developing, and scaning... way too much work... that's why I went with a digital camera... well worth it in the long run!!!

i just installed a set of the nuimage diamond series guages including the a/c panel. did you have any problems with your speedometer being a little off, mine is bout 10 miles off when the truck sits for a while it goes to zero but when i put it in gear it sets on 10 . i guess ill have to tear apart the dash again whenever i think of it after it sets overnight.

Do they look like this..........didn't have too much problem with them. My speedo is reads 65 and my actually speed is 63, pretty much factory reading. I went a recorded rpm vs. mph settings at various speeds before I installed the guages.

when i set mine, i put the cruise on 70 and set it by that. i figure it cant hurt to show slower when below 70.

Mine is a little off like everyone elses. Mine shows about 2 mph slower than the actual speed. I compared 40mph runs with the wife in her Accord and a 70mph run against my friend in his Cheby truck. I made three drawings of my gauges before I did anything. One at idle, one at 20mph, and one at 40mph. I think the only thing that's slightly off is the speedo. Everything else is pretty much right on. My gauge pod looks just like Huskers.
Hadn't had a problem like yours Mickey. Sorry.
I'm going to get a black carbon fiber bezel to fit around the white gauges this week. I'll try to post a pic once I get it and get the job done. Should look great!
