Lights behind your grill? Here's an idea!
After about the umpteenth time doing the horrible task of cleaning the lenses behind the grill, I got an idea that Could help us out. I applied RainX to the glass lenses of my lights, and so far it seems to be working!! After two or three days of off and on rain, the lenses are still shining away behind the grill
. I'm not sure if the heat would make it wear off quicker, but it stays on the windshield during summer, right? The lights are on MUCH less than the sun is on the windshield, think about it. I couldn't keep this one a secret, enjoy not cleaning your foglights

Great idea 98! I just put some lights behind the grill as well and was wondering how I was going to clean them.
Question: Is there an easy way to get the plastic cover off that is attached over the radiator/grill area? Those plastic screws get me everytime!

Take a flat head screw driver and drive the corrner in to the space between the screw and the other plastic piece, makes very small dent but then you can pry out the screw with corrner of flat head with ease..
Thats what body shops do any how, mine just went in yesterday and thats what they did so I tried it at home no problem..
