I thought it would be best to get the opinions of the "experts" before I go and make this purchase. I need to put nerf bars\step bars on my 2001 F150 as my wife has to jump up to get inside the cab.

Is there a brand that you would recommend or not recommend? I was considering either Westin (Chrome) or WAAG (black with aluminum steps).

All opinions are greatly appreciated.

I have Chrome Westins and like them pretty well. They are a little close to the cab and make it hard to get your whole foot on them when stepping out. I really like the looks of Manik SS, but they seem to be hard to get. I allso saw a SCrew yesterday that had the same style Ford steps that they are putting on the new F250's. They are kind of oblong instead of round and look pretty good. Hope that helps. You can see mine in the pics below.
