peeling tint off?

peeling tint off?

anyone have any tricks to get tint film off windows??

I was in a store the other day, and seen a bottle of stuff to spray on the glue to help remove it cant remember what the name was. I always used a razzor blade and windex and a lot of time, maybe the the other stuff works its would be worth a try. If no one post the name of a product that sounds like this ill try to find it.

mr2x75 is right, you can find the tint removal spray at Wal-Mart. It is located on the same aisle as the tint. The spray will help desolve the glue, this makes the tint removal much easier. Hope this helps.

Tint shops in my area, just use isoprophyl (rubbing) alcohol. Just put it in a mist bottle, lift up a little of the tint, and spray behind. Good for removing the excess glue also, but you need a coarse rag or towel. Keep turning it over.
