The term ''Lightning'' was used only to describe a paticular look that is popular in todays truckin community. Views and pictures on this post are ment only for the mere enjoyment of f150 online members and guest.

What kind of drop pkg do you have on it? Truck looks great! I took off my sport decal the day I brought it home. I just didn't like a big red decal on an otherwise totally black truck.
If I had the $$$ I would the same as you have.
But under NO circumstances put a Lightning badge on it. IMO it's wrong to put any SVT badge on something not SVT.
Beautiful truck!

It is a ground force kit. drop coils in the front and shackles and hangers in the back with toxic drop shocks all the way around . I still have the sport sticker on mine and no svt badges. except for what came on the wheels. they are factory fords.

well....you have the L wheels and the L front bumper. but that is about all i can see. so i think you could maybe call it a L when you 1. took off the sport badge 2. got the exhaust under the passenger rear window 3. got some ground effects on 4. changed out the grill 4. maybe make it a step side. then you would have an extended cab outer appearance lighting. tail lights mite need some work if you are going for the newest lighting. put some clear corners on it too to complete it. after that all you will need is the supercharged 5.4, tranny, and the rite suspension, and you are there.

blah, blah, blah who said i wanted to be a actual lightning, Im quite pleased with what i have, putting diff mods on is a hobby I enjoy. And it brings me great pleasure to occasionally whip a performance car or truck from stop light to stop light . it is even more fun when they find out i have v6. Ive been around this for a few years half the fun of owning one of these trucks is building somthing diff. than most people have parked in there driveway it is always fun watching a stock car or truck transform into somthing diff . its a little fun thinkin of what you can do next. the aftermarket ind. is now turning over billions of dollors in revenue instead of millions. someone else out there likes to do something diff. besides myself. So lightn up , have a little fun with your truck these pages you will read here are filled with trucks that are diff than what you can buy from the manufactuer. Its all about having fun and sharing ideas with fellow enthusiast.

i was just sayin that you would need those things to make it an actual extended cab L. it does look good, i think next you should do a grill, clear corners, and ground effects. that would look tite to tie it all together. maybe a roll pan in the back
