Bumper cover help, who makes it??
I'm sorry but I have no pic to go by
There is a bumper cover I have seen a few times, that is made to go over the 97/98 4x4/Expy bumper. It has holes to let the factory fog lights to show through, and it also has the same center air intake hole to fit the factory bumper. This isn't a 4x4 style cover, it seems to have been made specifically for the 2wd Expy slammer crowd. Help if you can, it may be an option for me other than sandblasting and painting the chrome one.,,,,,98

Well, after a little searching, I found it. It's made by Stillen, but I have no idea of the cost until I call around about it. The only thing I don't like is the extra set of holes underneath. I can get over that though, the rest of it I LOVE I like how the cover comes up at the top to match the grill. Apparently you have to take the cap off of the top of the bumper.

I'm not real big on the look of that bumper cover, I think it is too much. Just looks really big, almost like something you might see on a ricer. But then again it's your truck, not mine, so my opinion really isn't that important, especially since I'm way up here in ND.

That doesnt look to cool. Looks like the standard one but with two exta holes. I wouldnt get. Definately not worth the money. Thats my $0.02

Jeez, you guys hate it that much?? I think it looks pretty good, and much sportier than the chrome 4x4 bumper. Here's another test photo, on my truck.,,,,98

I agree im not fan of that cover as well. I have seen one up close on a truck in town and it did not look good at all. But then again thats just my opinnion. If you like it screamer go for it. I think your old cover looked much better.

The only problem I have with the prestigious bumper cover, is that it looks nothing like that picture. Bubs got one and had it painted, and it was obvious that it was not the same cover. Heck, if you guys hate it that much, I might just get it for the hell of it, LOL!,,,,,98
