well it seems that's a harley air dam and the owner just kept is chrome bumper instead of replacing everything.I,m going to check with my cousin who's working in part's dept at a ford dealership,to confirm the idea.It should come in 2 parts;bumper cover and lower part. I think the special look is due to the reverse pattern of the lower part vs the grill pattern.I you look carefully you'll notice the difference, and i like it more. Thanks everybody for the clues. It is greatly appreciated. See you !

If you have two hooks are you out of luck or is there a way to modify for them? Any ideas? Thanks.

I agree, I think that just made up my mind to go with a partial. Luckily, I have a black truck, so this should be a simple swap. Now I'm ready for some overtime to get the $$$.

The Harley front valance is P/N YL3Z-17626-AAA-PANEL ASY-FRT. You can find it at either of the two links for around $477.00. I'm pretty sure Perogie can't get em anymore. It is already painted black, and includes the billet grill insert. Shipping is reasonable and fast. Bolts right up.
