I mounted a WAAG on my 4x2 (99). But it was made for the truck. It bolted to pre-existing bolt spots. The lower supports came out through the lower valance air ports. It was made for my specific truck, but it was a PIA to mount it anyway.
Good luck.

The tow hook mounting holes are not there? I always thought the only thing you had to do for most brush guards was make room for it through the valance since most mount throu7gh the tow hook holes in the 4wd valance... Interesting, I would like to find out though even though I have decided against a brush guard.

I slapped a 4WD valence on mine and drilled for the tow hooks. I can't tell you how far back the holes were.
