Has anyone seen this replacement emblem before? I'd like to find one in Blue for my truck but I dont have a clue what its called

it's called a bladerunner emblem. they are usually sold with the grille shell, color keyed, quite expensive. many people here have bought the crome emblem from a taurus (rear) sold at local ford dealers for around $30(?). I haven't been able to find a place that sells just that part, painted. I would be interested in a black one, but am also thinking of getting the crome taurus one.

I have seen this emblem somewhere. What I remember , you could buy the emblem alone, for $39.00. I will try to find where I seen it at and get back to you.

The Bladerunner is a grill badge combo and costs around $450.00 unpainted.

You can find the Taurus emblem being touted as the Bladerunner on eBay for around $40.00.

I just happened to be looking through ebay one time, and came across someone else selling Taurus emblems as "bladerunners". I emailed the top bidder, and told him of his impending rippoff. I also pointed him towards this site, and world, and he is probably a member now,,,,,98

I'll bet that one is just a factory Taurus emblem. The Bladerunner ones are painted and come with the whole grille assembly as far as I have seen. I just want the painted emblem to match the truck (like the red one above)

In my opinion I think the chrome Taurus emblem looks good on a black grill. Just my $.02

 

yeah I agree... I dont like the chrome look. on the black grille or the billet. I think the matched paint looks pretty good though.
