Can anyone who has removed thier f-150 fender emblems tell me the easiest way to get them off! Or maybe I should say the best way without scratching the paint!! I have had a few ideas, but want to hear what others have done!! Thanks a million!!

Haven't done it myself, but I remember some posts from a while ago. Those guys used fishing line and used a sawing motion up against the body. Said it didn't scratch the paint. Also be aware that the emblems have pins on the back of them....you will have some holes in your body when you get through.

Thumbs up

Hair dryer! Comes almost right off once the metal gets hot and the stick pads peel. Best if done during summertime. Don't expect to reuse the emblems though. Upward pulling force is required on the emblems. You could remove them without their being rendered useless, but that would take forever.

Hope this helps.

As Robdude30 stated, there are holes to contend with if you remove them all the way.
I did remove the Triton V-8 emblem, as well as the afore mentioned "Supercharged emblems" with a plastic squeegee.
The plastic did not so much as put a scratch on her. Used it to pry the emblem off from one side to the other. Remove any double stick that did not come off with your fingers. The rest of any adhesion, remove with adhesive remover.

The hair dryer trick works great with vinyl decals.

Late..
