I believe the bullet piece averages about the same, $90 to $100. I have NO idea why world charges SO much for those.,,,,,,,98

Hey Harley, there is nothing to it. Just unscrew the old door. Two screws. Reverse process for the bullit door. You might have to play with the allignment of the screws a little. Dageon

I purchased mine from a Ford dealer for about $75.

Real simple install. I used some plastic "stand offs" to ensure in was flush with the body.

Also painted mine black (except the bolts, left them silver) to match the truck. To bad they only came in billet at the time.

I just got done installing the billet door, and it was kinda pain in the butt. I had to drill a hole for one side to get it to clamp down right. No biggie, and it looks good!

PICTURES! I need PICTURES!!!

I want one of those fuel doors. I have a flareside also. Does anyone have any pictures they could show with the door open and closed? What opens on the billet piece. Is it the whole billet piece or is the door that is on it work.????

Help a guy out please.

P.S. If I go to ford to buy one is there a part# you know or what do I ask for...

Thanks!

On my fuel door there are two bolts that remove the factory door. You mount the billet one in it's place. It not just a door, but a complete assembly. Kinda gives it a sporty/rugged look.
