I have a 2010 STX. I'm thinking of removing the fender and tailgate badges, sand blasting them and painting them black. Does anyone have any experience with this? Just looking for anything to look out for. Thank you in advance for any input.

 

Just leave the badges on your truck and use Plasti dip. Thats what ive done on my last couple trucks. Youtube plasti dip badge on youtube and there will be some detailed videos on how do go about doing it.

 

You'll have to keep touching up the plastidip.
