Next project

So here I sit (maybe a few beers deep) contemplating what to do next. I recently purchased an 2014 F150 XLT with a 6 inch lift and 22s with 35s and am trying to figure out what to do next. I'm thinking painted fender flares? 30 inch light bar on my ranch hand? Some other random thing I don't need, please give your input and let me know of any other ideas! Thanks

How about a picture of the truck? Makes it easier to give suggestions when we know what it looks like.

Painted to match door handles and mirror caps really help finish off the exterior

Or a set of the oracle led mirror caps. Also paint to match bumpers and grill would look good too.

Do you offer flares that extend down into their own mud flaps? Even if they're just shorties, it would help keep the mud spray and winter salt stains off the doors.

I am definitely clicking your website in 3..... 2..... 1....

Personally, you have a black brush guard, black rims, I would continue the black theme and sandblast your chrome bumpers and paint them black. Black pocket flares, black decal or paint below the body line along the side of the vehicle. Blacked out lights with either tint or black housings with clear lens. Smoked cab lights if you fancy those.

If not going black out, could continue the chrome trend and mix it with black or matched vehicle color components, like chrome caps for the mirrors, chrome door handle covers...

One thing is for sure, that body style f150 looks great with the pocket fender flares.

EDIT: oops said a bad word... I guess?

An easy and great looking update would be the OEM Ford Raptor taillight housings, they are inexpensive ($115.00/set on Amazon) and with the black inside and tinted lenses look 100% better than the stock housings with the white border and chrome insides. I just surprised a friend with this set as he's going the black out look on his 2013 and really look nice!

Or rather than the huge fender flares, you could go with the fender moldings paint them black as well as the bottom rocker panel area around the entire truck, with the blacked out bumpers (as suggested above) that would look pretty cool too. Not a big fan of the huge fender flares, but with the rest of the look you already have going on your truck they might look good.

Good luck and post pics of your mods!!

Sorry about the multiple posts, but wont let me edit for some reason...forgot to mention in my earlier response the OEM tinted Raptor headlight housings would also look sweet! Not sure what they cost (could be prohibitively expensive) though?

Also, I had a 2013 black platinum and replaced the side mirror (bright orange) reflectors with smoked LED units. Was an easy swap (snap right in just like the OEM reflectors) and you wire them into the existing turn signal LEDs (rearward facing) of the mirrors. You do have to pop out the side mirrors, but with a little patience pretty easy...
