Bumber Guard: drill or remove?

Hello Everybody.

I am thinking on installing MAAP mini guards on my 97' 2WD F-150

It is frame mounted and I don't know what I should do - make holes in the front spoiler (plastic thing underneath the bumper) or just remove the whole thing.
What do you think?
Thanks.

cut the holes and if you dont like it take it off. when you buy ask them if it works with the valence or not. im thinking it might, but who knows. good luck
