Im fabricating my own badge ford my 95 f150, itll read f-351(5.8l engine reference). The plan was to mill each character seperate out of aluminum and bolt it to the body via counter bores and holes. Im afraid it might turn out choppy. Any suggestions? I dont want to drill in to the body unless it looks good.
