How exactly did you do that? Is your emblem hollowed out? You don't take the tailgate off too often (I never have), so no biggie.

Nothing that complicated! I wish I was that talented. I want to paint my heads and tails and am afraid to try that yet! This is the Reese Logo Light Part Number 86094. I stumbled accross it on Amazon looking for a fix on my rear badge that was pealing bad. I originally ordered one from Amazon but when it came in there was a scratch on the face that I wasn't willing to live with so I ended up sending it back. While I was waiting for it to come in I found one at Auto Zone and picked that one up insted. Yes, I know, Auto Zone garbage, but, I like the look. If it doesn't last long it was only $40 (I know I said $30 earlier but I looked it up again). And no, I don't take my tailgate off much. It's been years since it was off last so yah, not a big deal to me!

That's pretty much the cost of a normal one! I think that's cool as hell and I'm surprised that yours is the only one I've ever seen or heard of, and at $40, I think it's hard to go wrong.

I have yet to see another truck or SUV with it. I think that's why I like it so much! It's not too flashy or over the top either. It's subtle, like the rest of the things I've done so far (untill I can finally get my lift that is).

I tinted my brake lights on my 08. Not bad for my first time, altho the 3rd brake light I messed up a little. I put auto zone leds around my tails so it's like a border an I hooked it to the turn signals and brakes. Also I replaced my 08 bar style emblems with the 09+ style tailgate emblems. And I also bought replacement headlight lenses that have halos but one stopped working last year so I have to figure out how to fix it.

Id like to order one of these for my tailgate, I have the back up camera. Can you do one of these with a burgundy color?

Mine is not near as good as Lifted5.4's is. But I done both of mine, they were getting old and bubbly. I sanded them and painted with gloss black and then cleared over, got emblems from Wal-Mart for $4

I really liked the 3D effect of the emblem. Even tire valves are skulls.

I went with Limited badges and painted them.
Painted tailgate emblem, and removed Flex Fuel badge
