Advice on whether to plastidip entire front bumper or part of it

Hey all
I'm looking to do front and rear bumpers in black (plasti-dip). What to do in the rear bumper is easy. However for the front, should I do it from the chrome down including the valance or start where the grey is (on the bumper)?

Here's a pic of my truck for reference, thanks!

^ that. PTMing later down the road would be best, if you decide that you like the general look. But that's mucho dinero in comparison to a can of Plastidip

Cool thanks.

Yes I started thinking about doing just the chrome. The valence is a diff shade of grey compared to the DSG color of the truck, however in time I guess I could look into PTM'ing the valence

Sorry, I meant "just" from the chrome down. You can definitely do the chrome and the valence!

Why not plasti dip the whole thing than if you don't like it just peel off the top.

I did both my front and rear. Pretty happy with how it turned out too.

Wondering if you ever did the bumper(s), and if so, if you have any pics. Thinking about doing mine. Thanks.

He hasn't been on since Dec 2013 so you probably won't get a reply.
