Wheel Opening Mouldings

Anyone install the Ford front / rear Wheel Opening Mouldings & molded splash guards on their (2012) truck? Is there a lot of drilling or how are they held in, happy with the results, etc.

never installed as these works are done better by any good mechanic never try to do it on own self you may take help of a good mechanic in it......
