Have you ever looked into Plasti Dip? You can shoot your rims yourself an if you don't like it, it just peels off. No prep work required, other than cleaning the rims. Check out the vids on YouTube. Stuff works very well, looks good and is durable.

Forgot to mention, a can of the spray is roughly 8 bucks from menards. Would probably need 2-3 cans for all 4 rims, depending on how many coats you choose to put on

Here are some Plasti-Dip images I found:

Pretty cheap way to change the appearance of your stock rims. And it's completely reversible if you want to go back to the stock appearance.

Depending on the look your going for you could use spray on bed liner. I did it on my spare and it turned out ok- I messed up the first coat so it could look better. I have power washed it a few times and hasn't flaked or anything. Sill looks like the day I did it.

Check out the link in my sig- "how to restore that youre spare tire"

I dont know where you live in Florida but I am in the Jacksonville area there is a company called powdertech they quoted me $100 a wheel and that was for 23" so I consider that pretty reasonable and it will probably be more durable than plastidip. Either way you go good luck hope they turn out exactly how you want post some pics after so we can see the after product.

I did it myself using the link below as a guide. Turned out great and I couldn't be much happier with the turnout. They still look like the day I did them almost a month later! Also, this was a fraction of the cost of powdercoating.

I saw that link the other day and went out today and bought all the stuff to do mine. I have a 05 with oem wheels and I'm painting them black.

Advanced auto parts had 1 can of of the duplicolor wheel in black and when he rang it up it was discontinued so went to autozone and bought the rustoleum wheel spray. Probably the same stuff. Hopefully going to start on them tomorrow as its rainy, cold and humid today.

Sure thing! It's much, much cheaper for virtually the same look. Good luck!

I used the rustoleum as well. I was happy with the turnout. Come back with the results!

Did mine yesterday. Came out pretty good. I used the one can of duplicolor then the rustoleum wheel spray. I liked the rustoleum wheel spray a lot better. The clear coat was even better than the duplicolor clear.

Fender flares and badges and emblems are next but want to find so more info on which paint and how to's.
