I have an 05 f150 xl and I ripped a mirror off. Before I replaced it I figured I'd see if it was possible to go to the ones that have the blinker in them and the chrom cap. I don't care about power movement. I'd just have to run a blinker wire to them. Do they fit? Is it fairly simple or not worth wasting my time? Let me know anything u guys got. Thanks

Is it Possible to go to the tow mirrors? I know they r bigger but is the brackets all still the same?

The swap is pretty easy, but I haven't done the wiring. So I'll vouch that as long as you can get your door panels off you can have them swapped in less than an hour.
