I ordered a bug shield for my 2010 F150 Lariet. Its a Stampead bug shield. I followed the instructions and took the grill off, bvut there is no way the plastic flange will fit under my grill. there isn't enough room or a gap for the plastic bug shield and I can't snap the plastic clips back in place and bolt it back on. Any Ideas or should I get a different bug shield

 

my AVS bolted right up with no problems. It should fit if they gave you the correct guard. It might be a little tight. Mine has been on for years and does not rub paint etc so if you thing it will damage the truck I would swap it for a different one.
