Opinions please!

I got an 05 XLT 4x4. Just looking for something to do to make it look better. I took off the chrome around the fenders yesterday. Now thinking about taking off the chrome mirror caps and maybe by some bolt on fender flares? Not real sure. I think that a Saleen Grille would look really good on it. Opinions would be greatly appreciated thanks!

I personally think it looks good the way it is..rather sharp really. It almost sounds like you just want it to look different to you when it really looks good now. Be careful....don't get into the habit of throwing good money at something and never being satisfied with what you have. Just my .02

Did it leave holes where the fenders were?

If you already took off your chrome fender flares and arent putting them back on, definitly take off the chrome mirror caps, they would look sorta outta place. If the chrome flares left marks on your truck where they were I would go ahead and put Bushwackers on it to hide those, it seems your tires stick out enough that they would look good on your truck. Also, unless you want it for function more than looks I would consider taking the bug shield off the hood, it would definitly clean up the look.
Just my $0.02

Yea, I live in South Mississippi wear the love bugs roam haha. The bug sheild is helpful. And the fenderflares left adhesive glue but got it off pretty easy. It's just the rocks are killin the paint. And what do ya'll think about a saleen grill?? I bought a black tool box for it today, low profile. And no holes were left it was double side adhesive trips! Thanks for the opinions. or should i say ya'lls $0.02

Its not bad looking as it is!!! To improve it I would change the grill & get another to match it to put in the bumper, get rid of all badges & remove those window vents.

I personally like the way it looks now (minus the chrome fender pieces, but you took those off). I love the look of chrome caps with the rest of the mirror black and the chrome door levers with the bucket black, and that goes good with the black and chrome wheels. I think a saleen grill and possibly some bushwacker fender flares would go great with the truck.

Personally like the billet better, just not a fan of the huge spacing on the saleen grill.

It could use a chrome bull bar instead of getting a new grill.

Saleen grilles are played out. Just toss a billet in there, and grab yourself a bullbar.
