I've been looking for a Saleen tailgate applique, but after missing out on a couple..... I've been thinking of something else.

I was thinking of getting a Lincoln Mark LT talegate applique, pulling the badges, paint it satin black and tint the inside reflectors and taillights.

Thoughts? Cheesy?

 

I think it might look a bit chessey but then again you never know. The Lincoln tailgates have the marker lights right into them do they not?

 

I think they're separate, the tail gate applique and the 2 reflectors. But I would also have to get Lincoln taillights with the trim around them to match up with the reflectors......which killed the whole idea.
