Anybody know of a good flag mount for my 04 f150? I tried googling it and most that I saw were trailer hitch mounts that were $50+ when I just want something under $15. I like the trailer hitch idea but is there one out there that's cheap or should I try to build one? I'm only gonna use it when driving to concerts or football games. Thanks

I drilled holes for U-hooks and put one near the top of the tool box and one near the bottom of the tool box. I can slide a flag pole in and out of the U-hooks freely and dont get in the way.

 

I built one similar to those specs and it held up to a season of abuse from tailgating.

Next time around I'll make it out of boxed steel or mount the flag pole holders to a tool box.

 

eye bolts mounted to the wheel wells might work
