I was quoted 200$ to paint a grille surround for a 2010 to match truck color....

It sounds pretty high. Is that for the removal and reinstallation of the surround too? Maybe you could save some $$ if you r+r it yourself and just bring it to him to paint. But I'd still get a couple more estimates before I did anything.
