i would NEVER reccomend doing nite shades on your heads. if your pretty handy with sand paper and rattle can products the nite shades will be perfect for the tails. lordfeyr whom commented earlier in this thread does an excellent job and you can have him do them to your liking. if you want a smoked lense for heads they make some with a pretty light tint and you can find those on ebay but quality isnt the best.
After you remove all that crap. Start simple. Bushwacker flares are a must, simple and inexpensive. If your on the fence about your bumpers try a carbon fiber overlay decal across it first to tread the waters. Actually...
Carbon fiber bumpers with carbon fiber bushwacker flares would look killer.

assuming they sandblast and paint them i'd guess around $500 depending on who you have do it. could be cheaper could be more. another option is powdercoat, it's a little more durable and shouldn't be any more expensive than paint, they can match the color perfectly as well.
Personally I would not smoke the headlights unless u buy some pre smoked, I put hellas in the front & led hellas in the rear. The front are blackout hellas. The rear are not smoked as i wanted them as bright as possible. i did however put a smoke 3rd brakelight in that blends in nicely as my truck is black. Don't get steps & get rid of the bug shield.
Once you remove those things I think it would really good with either the factory flares or bushwhackers. I would keep those black to offset the wheels.
For the bumpers you can always have them powdercoated or even rhino lined.

i think he wants you to get bushwackers. i'm suggesting don't. they only look alright on lifted trucks, on leveled trucks they look goofy IMO.
to get rid of the lines from the stripes and fx4 stickers i think you need a buffing wheel. have to checked out the detailing section for exact things to do, i'm not really that up to date with all the fancy things they have going on over there.
and i think i would pull those chrome flares off it they didn't damage any paint. a set of fx4 flares would look good though to tie in the black on the tires and still look factory.

My Dad sales buffers and car detailing supplies haha. I just haven't gotten around to ask him.. They build car washes and such.. Its called beaver of jackson for the guy that loves in jackson, they carry good supplies! But, I'm worried about not getting off the lines that it left
What I meant is that if you went for a factory flare to leave them un painted. The fx4 flares on my truck came black originally. Some people paint them though.
For the lines you can try goof off to make sure any residue is gone. Clay bar to remove contaminants on the paint, and a polishing compound.

The reason you see a line there is because the paint under the stripe has never been scratched up on a microscopic level from washing it. Run a high speed polisher over it, with some cut polist, followed by a new pad with swirl mark remover, and a final finish glaze. You basically need to polish the clear coat around the "line" to what it used to be.
The only down side to this, if you can call it a downside, is that once you start to polish it, and see the improvements, you're not going to want to stop. What you don't polish will look like crap in comparasin to what you have polished.
Now, I'm assuming that all the residue is gone. If you rub it with your fingers and feel something...... you need to get rid of the glue. 3M makes a great residue remover, as do alot of other companies. Your local parts supply store will have something that will work. You will need to soak it a bit to loosen it up, and once gooey, can remove it with your finger nails, or a PLASTIC scraper, but fingernails will do the least damage. Finally, a paper towel dampened with the same stuff should take care of any remnants still left behind. You will probably need at least a quart..... if used sparingly, it might be enough to do both sides.
If you feel absolutely nothing, and you can only see it, but there is nothing there to feel, then the polish method is what you need.
Oh ya, GET RID OF THOSE NASTY WHEEL FLARES
